LEL Home Services Mission Statement

It shall be the mission of LEL Home Services, LLC to deliver person and family centered supports in a manner that ensures the safety, satisfaction and dignity to those individuals who are eligible for and in need of our unique blend of services.

Core Values

It shall be the policy of the LEL Home Services, LLC Programs to be governed by these core values that are used to evaluate current and any subsequent efforts at enhancing the quality of one's life. These life style values are summarized as follows:

• A life style that is composed of those same factors and relationships that are important to all individuals.
  
  
• The individual's basic needs are met and he or she has the same opportunities as any one else to pursue and achieve goals in the major life settings of home, community, school and work.
  
  
• A wide range of individuals who represent a variety of viewpoints can consensually validate quality to that life. This includes the individuals, their families, advocates, professionals, providers and direct support professionals, contractors, employees or agent.
  
  
• The individual is empowered and participates in decisions that affect their lives.
  
  
• The individual enjoys acceptance and full integration into their local community.
  
  
• Programs designed to provide the individual should evaluate quality to the individual's life at regular intervals for their effectiveness and his/her team. Flexibility and the ability to creatively handle obstacles or interruptions is an important component of a successful lifestyle plan and documentation of these efforts is very necessary to assist all involved in achieving successes, both present and future.
  
  
• Direct support professionals, contractors, employees or agent should posses an in-depth knowledge of people, their perspectives and reactions.
