Guiding Principles

It shall be the policy of LEL Home Services, LLC that the following guiding principles represent the basic core values of LEL Home Services, LLC.

Person centered services that are directed to achieve community presence, community participation and relationship building and those that foster choice, respect and competence.
Respect and acceptance of individual differences and differences in family dynamics and composition. Cultural background is acknowledged and valued in all decisions.
Deliver services as actively outlined and defined by the individual's wishes/desires as expressed by him/her or their chosen representative.
Provide service choices that are dependable and flexible. Services should address immediate needs, future dreams and be able to accommodate the occurrence of life changes, new opportunities or obstacles.

Direct support professional, contractor, employee or agent: This term identifies the support service individual who gives the needed support, training, supervision and/or education to the individual. It is our goal to provide these services in a safe manner in which the individual feels comfortable and respected.

Individuals with Physical Disabilities

Individuals with Autism

Individuals with Mental Illness

Individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)

Other Individuals receiving services from LEL Home Services, LLC
