LEL Home Services Vision Statement

It shall be the purpose of LEL Home Services, LLC to develop, support and provide an array of services designed to adequately meet the needs of Individuals with disabilities within the State of Indiana. It is LEL Home Services, LLC vision, as a service provider, to maximize the quality of our services while effectively utilizing available funding and when appropriate, network with other entities to meet the needs of the individuals we serve.

As declared in the mission and core values, LEL Home Services, LLC vision is to:

• Achieve full inclusion and participation of people with disabilities.
  
  
• Advocate for equality and maintain individual dignity and other human rights.
  
  
• Expand opportunities for choice and self-determination.
  
  
• Foster action and research to prevent and minimize the effects of disabilities.
  
  
• Seek a diversity of disciplines, cultures and perspectives.
  
  
• Enhance skills, knowledge, rewards and conditions of people working in the field of disabilities.
  
  
• Influence positive attitudes and public awareness by recognizing the contribution of people with disabilities.
  
  
• Increase access to quality of health, education, vocational and other human services and supports.
  
  
• Aid families, caregivers, and other interested parties to provide support in the community, to increase awareness of available community resources for people with disabilities and to provide leadership training necessary to successfully accomplish their goals at home and in the community.
